At K Tooling, quality assurance is integrated into every stage of the manufacturing process. Our AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system ensures that every component is produced, inspected, and documented according to rigorous industry standards. From material verification and first article inspections to in-process monitoring and final inspection, we utilize proven quality procedures to maintain accuracy, consistency, and traceability throughout production. Our commitment to continuous improvement helps ensure that every product meets or exceeds customer expectations.
Our quality team works closely with production personnel to verify critical dimensions, monitor process performance, and identify opportunities for improvement before issues arise. Supported by calibrated inspection equipment, detailed documentation, and comprehensive quality controls, we are able to manufacture components for aerospace, defense, semiconductor, medical, and industrial applications with confidence. Whether producing a prototype, a complex machined component, or a large production run, K Tooling is dedicated to delivering precision-manufactured products that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

What Quality Means to Us
100% Paperless
We're 100% paperless, all work instruction flow electronically to workstations on the floor. Changes such as work instruction or rev updates happening in real-time.
First Article Inspections
FAIs (First Article Inspections) are processed for all work orders and reports available.
Balloons
All print documents are dimensionally ballooned identifying critical features.
In-Process Inspections
IPI (In-Process Inspections) are recorded for SPC and performed by both the operator and double checked by our ever revolving quality control on the floor. An inspector is walking the floor and spot checking several times a day.
Tool Calibration
All tools are calibration certified to NIST standards. Our systems will "LOCK OUT" an out of calibration tool from being used. Those tool are then removed and recalibrated before re-entering the floor.
Material Traciblity
All raw material purchases have tracible certs, digitally attached to corresponding work orders of course, DFARS when required.
