Preforms, castings, and other non-bar products
Just like our milling department, we have experience with both machining from bar stock, saw cut blanks or casting. Workholding in collets, 2, 3, or 4 jaw chucks, and face plates we can find the path to meet your turning needs. There are limits up to about 10" in diameter but if we can't do it we can point you in the right direction.
Brass lathe/mill part machined complete in a "one op off" process. With bar feeder capacity on all our machines spindle efficentcy is high and customer love our FAI, IN-PROCESS, and FINAL inspection proceedures controlled by our QMS system intergrated right into our ERP.
